Plum Tree Road

When we first visited with this client, we immediately noticed their beautiful outdoor living space and back yard and knew we wanted to include wood elements in their kitchen that would blend their indoor kitchen space with their outdoor spaces and nature.  Their former cabinetry was darker and with the space being on the smaller side, we really wanted to brighten and lighten up the feel of the room.  Working closely with the client, we sourced just the right design elements such as the custom wood pieces (made in-house), lighting and tile to compliment their white perimeter cabinetry and stained wood island.  We always love to include a beverage area in a kitchen space and we added extra character to the cabinet there to give that spot the extra attention it deserved, along with a hand-painted tile detail that the client found and wanted to include (and picked up the blue of the over-the-sink lighting perfectly).  Light, bright and peaceful - our Plum Tree Road project.
